Day 1: Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You are picked from Entebbe of Kampala and transfer to the airport where you will take a scheduled flight to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. After close to an hour in air, you will land in Bwindi area. A waiting vehicle will transfer you to the lodge for overnight. Stay overnight at Buhoma Lodge, Silver back Lodge or Mahogany Springs.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Safari in Bwindi Forest
Gorilla trekking on this day is the reason you flew to Bwindi Forest. Enjoy breakfast, transfer to the park offices, be briefed about the whole process of gorilla tracking and enter the forest in search of the much-loved Uganda mountain gorillas. Meet them, photograph them and see them as they play around in your midst. After trekking, return to the same lodge for another overnight stay.
Day 3: Fly Back to Entebbe Airport and fly out of Uganda
In the morning after breakfast, you will be driven to the airport in Bwindi. At this airstrip, you will take a scheduled inland flight to Entebbe International Airport. Upon arrive at Entebbe, you may take your international flight if it is due or be picked and transferred to a hotel in Entebbe or Kampala in case you have more time in Uganda.
